The client first approached Pharos requesting a master plan. An entirely different approach was presented to them after other consultants had failed to provide them with an acceptable solution.
The hospital is mainly following the original master plan with subsequent phases.
Phase I provided them with an OPD that has become the new face of the hospital as well as additional support buildings including a mortuary, staff changing, and a Duplex.
Phase II is for a combination Maternity and Surgery Building, Laundry and also renovates some of the existing wards to allow for additional beds. Pharos is currently designing a new laboratory space with a radiology department renovated from existing buildings.
